North Dakota Youth Basketball State Championships

REGISTRATION still open for all age groups:

All youth basketball teams in North Dakota in grades 4-9 are invited to play in the Pacesetter North Dakota Youth Basketball State Championship playoff system.
North Dakota will have two region playoff sites:
EAST REGION
WEST REGION

Teams must be from the same school or community. Teams may enter one or both regional playoffs.

The North Dakota State Championships for grades 4-9 will be held in a Final Four-style format at Jamestown High School in Jamestown on Saturday and Sunday, TBA.

“POST-SEASON” INVITATIONS

North Dakota region champions and runners-up will be invited to play in the over-all North Dakota Youth Basketball State Championship in Jamestown TBA. The top two teams from the state tournament advance to the Target Center in Minneapolis, where they play in the Great Four-State Championships against the top two teams from Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota.

Further information, guidelines, etc. for each tournament will be provided in the invitation packets and posted later on this website after all region qualifying has been completed..

Pacesetter Great Four-State Championships
Target Center • Minneapolis, MN
All teams will play three games in two days in an eight-team bracket.
Dates will be posted as soon as they are available.
Individual tournament dates will be posted soon.

The newly renovated Target Center will be used as the Great State site this year as it was from 2010-2016. In 2017, the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul hosted the Great Four-State Championships due to construction on the Target Center.
