All Iowa school/community teams – boys and girls in grades 4-9 – are invited to play in the Iowa Pacesetter state playoffs at Mason City High School on Sunday, February 23.
All teams will play 3-4 games.
The champions and other top teams in each grade and gender level for the Iowa state playoffs will be invited to play in the Target Center in Minneapolis in the 2025 Pacesetter Great Five-State Championships, involving teams from MN-IA-WI-ND-SD. Two wild card teams with high finishes will also be selected from the five-state field to fill out the 8-team “Great State” bracket.
Teams playing at Great State in Minneapolis will play 3 games in 1-2 days and attend a MN Lynx game. ALL teams are guaranteed to play at minimum one game on the main Target Center floor in the 20,000+ seat arena, home floor of the MN Timberwolves and MN Lynx. The Target Center games have a game announcer that often gives “play-by-play” accounts. The Target Center music system also plays during the introductions of every player and coach for an exciting fantasy experience for players, coaches and fans.
